Shipping Policy for Lifestyle Looms

1. Shipping Options We offer standard shipping for all orders within the USA. International shipping options are available at checkout.

2. Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time within the USA is 3-5 business days and international delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size and weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within the USA.

4. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Any  items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them items that you have personalised or altered cannot be returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again .

EXCHANGE OR RETURN: You have 7 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns.

At Lifestyle Looms, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer refunds within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
